Refund Policy
XANIORA CORE is provided by Thurid Feldmann, trading as “Xaniora”, Severinusstraße 49, 53909 Zülpich, Germany (“XANIORA”). This page explains how payments, cancellations and refunds for paid XANIORA CORE subscriptions are handled.
Paddle is our Merchant of Record
Paid XANIORA CORE subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle. Paddle acts as an authorised reseller and as the seller of the transaction (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payment processing and provides the payment and invoice documents for each transaction.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms, each in their currently applicable version.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle. Refunds in connection with a transaction processed via Paddle are paid out by Paddle.
Statutory consumer rights
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Information on the statutory right of withdrawal is provided in our Right of Withdrawal. This page does not replace that information.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The billing period runs individually from the date your subscription started (for example, from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next month). Your access to XANIORA CORE continues until the end of that billing period, and you will not be charged again after it.
Free trial
XANIORA CORE can be tried free of charge for 30 days. No payment details are required for the trial, and no payment is taken unless you actively take out a paid subscription. Without an active paid subscription, regular access to XANIORA CORE ends when the trial ends.
